As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and cleanliness. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for processing transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste.
