Compensation starts at $20+ (BOE). As a member of the culinary team at FIG, you will be educated and trained on all the stations dedicated to service as well as kitchen production.
For example:
poissonnier, expo, garde marger, butchery, pasta making and pastry. Hourly wage increases as you progress through the kitchen. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
