Guest Experience Associate Jeff’s Bagel Run 1721 Clements Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29492 Bake Fresh. Bring Joy. Build Community. Our goal at Jeff’s bagel run is to bake fresh, bring joy, and build community. We started in our founder’s (Jeff) home kitchen in 2019 and have grown to open 13 locations in the across multiple states. Our local franchise operations group, Carolina Bagel Ventures, is aggressively expanding the business, with 5 locations scheduled to open this year and 20 more planned throughout the state. We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator for our Clements Ferry location who can deliver exceptional guest experience by building personal connections with our guests and coordinate delivering legendary service to our catering and events partners. This personality will be key to how we Bring Joy and Build Community! A great candidate will be personable, outgoing, enthusiastic, and have a heart for hospitality and service. We will train you on the rest! A great candidate will be able to efficiently process orders through a simple point of sale, work at a sometimes fast pace under pressure while all the while focusing on personal connections, and have a strong understanding of what it takes to provide great hospitality to our guests.
Other potential workload:
Whipped cream cheese production, cream cheese scooping, vegetable chopping, inventory count, food prep (bagels), dishes, general cleaning, and front of house service. Responsibilities and Requirements ( don’t worry, we can train you!) :
- General customer service. Customer service is the most important part of the job!
- Running front of house as a team, or individually
- Must be comfortable running a Point of Sale
- Front lobby maintenance (cleanliness and ambiance)
- Providing assistance to other Front of House team members when needed
- Clean and disinfect work area; set-up and break-down work station; cleaning/sanitizing, cash handling, organization, and guest safety
- Responsible for opening store on time
- Shifts may start anywhere from 5-7am
