Team Member Jimmy John’s Sandwiches- Mount Pleasant 966 Houston Northcutt Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment at our quick service fast food restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your positive attitude and commitment to teamwork will help us deliver an outstanding dining experience for our customers. Duties Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines and standards. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, and restrooms. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and giving change. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
