Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and servers to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen team to manage food ticket times and avoid delays. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality and meet food safety standards. Assemble to-go orders accurately and ensure that each order meets quality standards before it leaves the restaurant. Carefully inspect each dish for accuracy, quality, and presentation before sending it to the dining area. Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures regarding food handling and safety. Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food expo role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player mentality, willing to assist other team members when needed. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
