In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a Team Member, you will engage with customers, assist in food preparation, and maintain cleanliness within the café environment. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register duties accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing and serving food. Skills Experience in a café or food service environment is preferred. Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Culinary skills are a plus for food preparation tasks.
