Job Description:

Are you a high school/college student home for summer break looking to make extra money this summer? Or a parent looking to work a few hours here and there? We get that life can be busy and hectic and can offer flexible hours suited to your schedule. As a Front of House Staff member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant. You’ll greet and assist guests, ensure orders are taken accurately and delivered quickly, and provide exceptional customer service to keep our guests happy. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive Take and process orders accurately and efficiently Pack food and drinks in a timely manner Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism Work as part of a team to maintain a smooth front-of-house operation Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a busy environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Why Join Us?
