JOB SCOPE/PURPOSE
To ensure quality leadership for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule. Is the liaison on all field and constructability issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Manage the successful completion of assigned projects. Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients. Manage job site manpower production and performance. Use project management and scheduling software effectively. Ensure that standards of quality are adhered to by assertively championing a safety culture to project to team and subcontractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have thorough knowledge of Industrial Cleaning Services. Must have excellent communication skills with a strong safety focus. Key competencies are leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, coaching, and mentoring. Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to pass drug tests (pre-employment, random, and annual). A valid driver’s license is required for Company travel along with a good driving record. Basic mechanical skills required. Supervisory skills are essential. Must have telephone access and be available to be reached 24/7.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMAND
Must be able to read and write. Must be able to physically control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment. Must be able to lift and carry (up to 60 pounds) up and down multiple flights of stairs. Must be able to enter confined spaces through a manhole. Must not be afraid of heights Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic. Respect for one another is paramount; teamwork and being a team player is essential.
