This role requires ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Operate and handle transactions on POS System, accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customers experience. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible. Promote additional products through upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. Utilize POS systems effectively for processing transactions and managing inventory data. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
