CONCESSION ATTENDANT – PART-TIME

City of Clinton Clinton, TN 37716 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time seasonal Concessions Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests. Ideal candidates will possess strong cash handling skills and a passion for food service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Notifies Concession Manager when food items and supplies are running low. Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary or as required, including potential emergency assistance as directed by Pool Manager or Assistant Manager. Cleans concession area and maintains surrounding area, including inside buildings and restrooms. Attends and participates in all mandatory staff meetings and training. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions area, including kitchen and café spaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Provide assistance to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Previous experience in food handling or preparation is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Willingness to assist others and contribute positively to the team dynamic. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
