Eastern Peak-Thompson Lane Eastern Peak Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable, people-oriented Host to join our front-of-house team. If you’re organized, upbeat, and ready to make great first impressions, this is your chance to become part of a high-energy, guest-focused restaurant team.
Pay:
$15/hour + tips from the takeout and call-in orders you place
What You’ll Do:
Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently Manage the waitlist and rotate dining sections fairly Answer phones, take accurate call-in orders, and enter them into Toast POS Place walk-in and to-go orders and ensure proper pickup Distribute online and third-party delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized host stand and pickup area Stay alert and keep watch over the front door area —greet incoming guests promptly, monitor guest flow, and be proactive in creating a smooth, positive experience that encourages return visits Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to keep service flowing smoothly
Requirements:
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Prior restaurant or customer-facing experience preferred Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Ability to stand, move quickly, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
