Manager The Bee Ice Cream and Mini Donuts 2610 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 Job Overview The Bee Ice Cream Shop & Mini Donuts is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable team member to join our crew! As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, preparing and serving ice cream and snacks, and keeping the shop clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders and serve ice cream and a variety of snacks Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Sweep and mop the floors at the beginning of each shift Take out the trash when it starts to fill up Ensure fruit and other ingredients are prepped and ready for use Maintain a clean and organized workstation Wipe down tables and seats to keep the shop tidy Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English or have a strong understanding of both to assist customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems is a plus Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team If you are interested in joining our team, we’d love to hear from you!
