Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
• Clear tables and clean dining area to ensure a clean and inviting environment
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a sanitary work area
