Opry Mills Nashville, TN 37214 Job Overview We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team in a fast-paced healthy food/drink concept in the Opry Mills mall! As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs. Prepare and serve food/drink items in accordance with food safety guidelines. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
