Position Overview:

Pruett’s Market is looking for a passionate and reliable Food Service Associate to join our team at the Pizza Station. The ideal candidate will have full availability and be able to work closing shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This role is crucial to ensuring that our pizza offerings are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, and mixers safely and efficiently. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquires. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils at the end of each shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service role, particularly in pizza preparation, is preferred. Ability to work full-time, primarily closing shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Full availability, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
