Learn proper food safety procedures Follow Chick-fil-A recipes and processes Learn to use all food related equipment Help complete kitchen projects and daily procedures Unloading and putting up truck orders (If opening) Applicants must be able to: Create and maintain eye contact Make connections with Guests Honor and follow the visions and values of the restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented and adaptable Communicate effectively with Guests and Co-workers Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines Maintain proper quality parameters
