15-40 per week | Full-Time & Part-Time Available Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering a variety of unique treats, including our signature layered doughnuts, gluten-friendly, vegan, and keto options, artisanal breakfast items, and specialty coffee. We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding product with exceptional service in a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere. We are currently hiring for Front of House team members, including Baristas and Cashiers .

Age Requirements:

Barista applicants must be 18 years or older due to the operation of commercial espresso equipment and food safety responsibilities. We welcome high school students (16+) to apply for cashier and customer service positions for the summer or part-time during the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with enthusiasm and create a friendly, positive experience Take orders and operate the register with accuracy using our Toast POS system Box doughnut and food orders neatly and quickly Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks (Barista role only) Help maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar and front counter Restock the front counter and display case with fresh products throughout the shift Follow food safety procedures and company policies at all times Assist in food prep such as breakfast sandwiches and basic doughnut preparation

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred Barista or coffee experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure Attention to cleanliness and presentation If you love working with people, enjoy great coffee and doughnuts, and want to be part of a fun, growing team, we’d love to meet you!
