Check us out at www.kylescreamery.com Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly. Preparing ice cream cones, sundaes and shakes, along with other treats. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours in a quick-service, friendly environment. Engage in retail math calculations to assist customers with their orders when necessary. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS or similar systems is a plus but not required. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction processing. A strong commitment to food safety and proper food handling techniques is required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
