Canoe/Kayak River Crew:

Our Canoe/Kayak River Crew will assist with loading and unloading canoes and kayaks for our guests and others as well as assisting with gear and instructions. Additionally, you may be responsible for transporting equipment, guests, and other crew members to and from the river/lake. This position requires crew members to spend several hours outdoors, going to and from the river, loading and unloading boats and may include guiding river trips and waterfall excursions. We are looking for team members who will follow instructions, who are trustworthy, and who have friendly, outgoing personalities!

Jet Ski/Ski Boat Rental Crew Member:

Our Jet Ski/Ski Boat Rental Crew Member will assist with the delivery and pickup of all rental equipment to and from the many lakes in middle and east Tennessee that we service. We are looking for responsible, qualified crew members to transport our boats, waverunners, etc to and from these locations. This crew member must have great attention to detail, be able to follow instructions, manage paperwork, speak to groups, be trustworthy, and have a friendly, outgoing personality. It will also be the Crew Member’s responsibility to assist with any and all other aspects of the business as necessary. All applicants must be available to work weekends as that is our busiest time. However, we do try to be flexible with weekdays to help our crew enjoy a work / life balance! Our pay structure increases depending on experience, capability, and position.
