As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Utilize Brink POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently. Demonstrate knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency. Familiarity with Brink POS system is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
