Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs. Ensure all vehicles are cleaned according to company standards, paying special attention to details. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, ensuring it is free from debris and hazards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Educate all customers on the benefits and services that we offer. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with car wash operations or custodial work is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
