ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONSAll associates may be considered forcross-training; some may be assigned duties in one or more areas atmanagement discretion. General responsibilities for all positionsinclude, but are not limited to:

Exhibit excellent guest serviceskills.

Present a calm demeanor that deters others from engaging indisruptive conduct, while encouraging a positive interaction withguests.

Answer guest questions courteously and accurately or quicklydirect them to the appropriate resource.

Work effectively withsupervisors and co-workers.

Ability to effectively multitask asneeded, including but not limited to greeting guests, tearing andscanning tickets, checking IDs, directing guests and answeringguest questions.

Demonstrate consistent and effective salestechniques by meeting expectations for loyalty card sales,suggestive selling, upselling, merchandising, and sampling.

Completetransactions by greeting each guest, identifying the guest’srequest, operating point-of-sale terminals, making changeaccurately, completing loyalty transactions, and thankingguests.

Ensure the security of all cash, receipts andtickets.

Enforce the movie ratings system courteously andeffectively. Uphold “zero tolerance” policy in regard to IDchecking.

Distribute, ensure proper working order of, and understandhow to operate Assisted Moviegoing Equipment.

Clean and maintain theexterior and interior areas of the theatre including auditoriums,restrooms, lobbies, concession areas, and box office areas.

Performnightly custodial duties as necessary, including but not limited tovacuuming, mopping, seat-cleaning, sanitizing restroom fixtures,etc.

Control access to the theatre.

Frequently monitor auditoriumsfor picture and sound quality, temperature, lighting levels,audience behavior, and film piracy.

Perform daily stocking andmaintenance duties.

Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimalsupervision.

Follow all procedures to ensure a safe workenvironment, as well as the safety of our guests.

Followinstructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials.

UpholdAMC’s Business Practice Standards and ensure compliance withcompany programs.

Maintain regular personal attendance for allscheduled shifts.

Assist with other Crew functions and perform otherduties as directed.
