Position Details:

Full-time and Part-time positions available Only open from 10 am

• 8 pm Shifts range from 8 am
• 9 pm

Mall Location:

All shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Team Member Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions Ensure the cleanliness of the front counter area Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines Work closely with team members and leadership Uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standard of service

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Join our Chick-fil-A team and be part of a company known for serving great food and making a difference!
