Keep your existing job and make $50 an hour with us, as we are currently looking for part-time help, but will progress a full-time when we get closer to product launch in a few months time. This part-time position will turn into a full time position, starting pay $70k with a tremendous opportunity for advancement. We are a well funded existing partnership, and are now looking to expand into the Chocolate cpg category, and are looking for an expert Chocolatier who can help develop our product lines consisting of low sugar, sugar free, and better health related chocolate centers and inclusions, coconut covered chocolates. Our ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of ingredients, chocolate, making processes, it has at least a couple years of making fine-tuned chocolate products.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in producing chocolate like products, chocolate inclusions, chocolate centers, or related professional area. Has expert familiarity with panning, enrobing, molding chocolates and similar.
- preferred but not mandatory 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chocolatier to join our startup chocolate business with lots of room for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with chocolates, panning, enrobing, ingredients will change the texture, etc.particularly in chocolate cepunters and inclusions. . As a Chocolatier, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality chocolate confections, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation while adhering to food safety standards. This position requires creativity, and go to repeat processes with 100 percent accuracy Responsibilities Create a variety of chocolate products including truffles, bonbons, and molded chocolates. Decorate cakes and pastries with chocolate elements to enhance visual appeal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings. Assist in catering events by preparing custom chocolate items as requested. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs. Utilize kitchen tools, including knives and other equipment, safely and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in the chocolate space. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Creativity and passion for chocolate making with an eagerness to learn new ideas.
