Farm Boy Produce, the local kombucha producer in Orlando, is hiring for brewing positions! We are looking for an experienced and hard-working individual to fill a full-time brewing position at the brewery. The job responsibilities will include an initial training period of eight weeks where you will be learning the general responsibilities in the brewery. This includes an introduction to Kombucha, Tea Brewing, Sanitation Practices, kegging, bottling, juicing, labeling, composting, etc. Brewing Experience, and/or Culinary Experience is a requirement. Compensation is dependent on experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in growing with our company as we continue to expand, and who is not afraid to put in the hard work required! This is an opportunity to come in with us as we focus on expanding distribution throughout Florida. The right candidate will also be someone who is environmentally conscious and health conscious as well! We operate in a demanding environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably and also comfortable with being on your feet for 8 hour stretches. We are looking for an ambitious person who is willing to commit to the growth of the business, and reap the rewards that result.
