- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the brewing process and a commitment to producing high-quality beer. This role involves overseeing the brewing process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet our established standards for taste and quality. As a Brewer, you will play a vital role in creating unique and innovative brews that delight our customers.
- We’re looking for Kava Tenders as well Duties Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including kettles, fermenters, and conditioning tanks.
Manage the entire brewing process, including mashing, boiling, fermenting, and packaging. Monitor fermentation and conditioning processes to ensure optimal flavor development. Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency. Collaborate with the brewing team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the brewing area in compliance with health regulations. Keep accurate records of production processes, ingredient usage, and inventory levels. Assist with inventory management and ordering of raw materials as needed. Experience Previous experience in brewing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
