WAREHOUSE

Receiving, conducting inventory and supplies ordering

FULFILLMENT

Pick/Pack/Ship duties

ROASTING

Roasting and packaging coffee

HOSPITALITY SUPPORT

General maintenance of coffee equipment in the Innovation Lab and Coffee Bar. The successful candidate has good time management skills, is able to work toward daily and weekly goals in multiple locations as identified and strives for personal and professional excellence. Required Skills + Abilities

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs unassisted or up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer fundamentals including proficiency with fulfillment and production software
• Proficiency and regular interaction with shipping and freight programs and people
• Organizational skills including strong time management skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication with Operations Manager and team
• Proficiency with commercial coffee equipment for proper preventive maintenance
• Attentiveness to ensure safety and safe food handling protocols
• Desire for excellence and continuous improvement Duties + Responsibilities HQ2 Warehouse
• Pick, pack and ship orders with at least 98% accuracy
• Build pallets ensuring they are built to customer specifications
• Use a pallet jack to organize and move palletized goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, breaking down boxes and keeping up with restrooms
• Order warehouse supplies, such as boxes, tape, cleaning supplies, bags, etc.
• Manage inventory by using ‘first in, first out’ method and maintain a weekly and annual inventory count
• Oversee, receive and ship shipments in and out of HQ1 and HQ2
• Bring all necessary coffee samples over to QA team for cupping/testing
• Move products/goods from HQ2 to HQ1 and vice versa
• Ensure that orders for couriers and freight carriers are ready for customer pickup
• Notify employees of received packages and orders and stage them for pickup Coffee Bar + Innovation Lab
• Daily cleaning of select beverage machines
• Follow cleaning and maintenance guides for beverage machines.
• Maintain proper stock for all machines, including coffee, tea, milk, cups, lids, condiments, etc.
• Perform necessary cross-training on cleaning/maintaining beverage machines to ensure multiple employees are capable
• Maintain a spotless Innovation Lab and Coffee Bar Roasting + Production Areas (HQ1 and HQ2)
• Proficiency using and maintaining batch roasting equipment and attendant software
• Proficiency using and maintaining grinding, filling and sealing equipment
• Familiarity with labeling, bagging and boxing materials, stations and procedures
• Regular repackaging of materials as needed
• Maintaining a spotless roasting and production area
• Proficiency with Cropster or other roasting and production software Key Measures for Success The success of this position will be measured by the following:
• Shipping orders with 98% accuracy
• Fulfilling 100% of orders with a 48-hour turnaround goal where practical Expected Work Conditions
• Spending prolonged amounts of time in unairconditioned warehouse in addition to being in and out of air conditioned and non-air-conditioned spaces
• Lifting heavy objects
• Light to moderate computer work
• Occasional outside work
