Brookline, MA
Description:
SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Catering expert for a private school in Brookline, MA
This position is primarily Monday through Friday, typical shift 6:30-3:00 pm. Occasionally, there will be catering events on evenings or weekends, but most events will occur during the day. You will be assisting the chef manager in overseeing the day-to-day Front of House operation and catering events. Your creative talents will be required to oversee various types of events and engage with a wide range of community members.

What you’ll do:
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you’ll need:
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
