We opened a year ago and produce a wide range of beer from classic styles to more innovative offerings on a three-vessel 20 BBL brewhouse. We brew exclusively with craft malt, celebrating our local partnerships to produce exceptional beer with a true sense of place.

Position Summary:

The brewer will perform all day-to-day brewing, cellar, and packaging operations alongside and under the supervision of the Director of Brewing Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute all brewing tasks efficiently while adhering to SOPs including milling, brewing, tank CIPs, transfers, packaging, inventory management, and quality control Collaborate with Director of Brewing Operations on recipes, process improvements, and production schedule Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of environment and equipment in accordance with SOPs Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of brewery safety Assist with regular equipment and facilities maintenance tasks Other duties as needed to ensure smooth brewery operations

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, or a brewing-related certification preferred 1-3 year of brewing experience in a production brewery preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced brewing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift products weighing up to 55 pounds. Ability to work in a loud, slippery, hot and humid, or cold environment
