- Previous manufacturing/machine operation preferred
- Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftBenefits you will receive as a Batching Associate
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday Thursday 5pm-5am (
- 4 DAY
WORK WEEK
- $17/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential
- Once hired on, comprehensive insurance coverage

- Preparing and verifying equipment, tools, and mixing materials are ready for use
- Preparing and mixing food ingredients for the product
- Operating mixing equipment safely and with accuracy
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and production room
