Head Brewer Basecamp Brewing Co. 25 S Mountain Rd, Lincoln, NH 03251 Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brewing, with a focus on crafting high-quality beer while adhering to food safety standards. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure the production of exceptional craft beer. Duties Operate brewing equipment to produce beer according to established recipes and quality standards. Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal flavor and quality. Sanitate all brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness in the brewing area to comply with food safety regulations. Package finished products for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and quality control. Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on market trends and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of production processes, including batch numbers, ingredients used, and any deviations from standard operating procedures. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and storage of raw materials and finished products. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in brewing or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Familiarity with craft beer production techniques and flavor profiles. Ability to fabricate minor equipment components as needed for brewing processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
