Tasting room associate Bella Rose Vineyard & Winery 1243 Ridge Road, Lewiston, NY 14092 Bella Rose Vineyard & Winery is a family owned and operated winery in Lewiston, NY specializing in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Isabella and more. We are seeking a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to join our team. As a part-time Tasting Room Associate, you would be working alongside our small, tight-knit team to help create an environment that is inviting and educational for all guests. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with high energy, a passion for wine and an ability to provide fabulous customer service to our guests. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Deliver an unforgettable customer experience for all wine tasting guests and members Provide exceptional service and education on our wines, story, and region to visiting guests Confidently sell bottles of wine and offer wine club memberships Ensure tasting room and inventory areas are clean, neat and stocked at all times; ensure that displays of wine and non-wine products in tasting room are attractive and maintained. Assist the Tasting Room Manager with varied duties including marketing, administration and sales. Occasionally support marketing efforts by representing and pouring wines at events as needed. Operate the POS system with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

21 years of age or older. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time. Ability to lift 50lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proof of eligibility to work in the US We look forward to hearing from you.
