Brewrey Assistant- Otto’s Pub & Brewery Otto’s Pub and Brewery 2235 North Atherton Street, State College, PA 16803 Otto’s Pub & Brewery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brewery Assistant to join our team in the production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and has a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and products within the warehouse. Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Package products for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and handling procedures are followed. Assist in the brewing process. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in the Beer industry or warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if necessary is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
