We’re hiring motivated individuals for a Baker Production Worker position with a respected food manufacturing facility in Sevierville, TN. Shift & Pay:
Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM): $15.00/hr + $4/hr shift differential for perfect attendance
Weekday Night Shift:
$16.00/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
Load bags of cookie dough into boxes for shipment (bags may weigh up to 20 lbs) Operate efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Assist with additional tasks such as cutting butter and general food prep Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a high-speed, team-based setting Previous food production experience is a plus, but not required
