Mannon Specialty Foods is a high-volume food manufacturing facility located in Sevierville, TN. Our Quality Team Members help us to provide high quality soft-baked cookies and frozen cookie dough to customers not only in TN, but across the United States. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Can communicate satisfactorily in English. Familiarity with standard units of measurement. Familiarity with standard measurement tools. Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. Applicant must pass a drug test and background check during the pre-employment process. Previous Quality Control Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment is a plus. Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Essential Job Functions:

Working as a team in a fast-paced environment. Identify process and product concerns. Communicate solutions to product and process concerns. Ensure adherence to Food Safety Practices and Policies. Ensure quality and consistency of all products and services meet expectations. Routinely inspect products to ensure quality and consistency. Identify food safety and GMP concerns. Standing for long hours at a time. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your workstation and area. Arriving on time for your scheduled shifts.
