Job Description

  • Casino Pit Supervisor
  • is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned table games to ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and customer service standards. This role supervises dealers, monitors game integrity, and ensures a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all guests.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Supervise the daily operations of assigned table games within the pit area.

+ Ensure all games are conducted in accordance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies. + Monitor dealer performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support as needed. + Resolve guest disputes and escalate issues to management when necessary. + Maintain accurate documentation of game activity, player ratings, and incidents. + Ensure proper chip and cash handling procedures are followed. + Collaborate with surveillance and security teams to maintain game integrity. + Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive guest experience. + Assist in training and onboarding of new dealers and floor staff.
