What will you do?
Run a Dealer Rotation
Supervise both traditional Poker and designated Player games
Make floor rulings consistent with our house rules, internal controls, and state regulations
Run daily poker tournaments following established policies and protocols
Ensure guests are attended to and receive a positive experience
Accurately rate players on designated player tables
Report any irregularities to a Shift Manager or Poker Room Manager
More about you
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
No college degree required
Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shift
Ability to periodically lift up to 35 pounds
