$38.5K – $49.5K a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description The Bankruptcy Supervisor will be responsible for the following: Supervise the respective team within the Bankruptcy Department Ensure client SLA and court deadline adherence Review scorecards, troubleshoot and remediate, as/if needed Oversee team pipeline, timelines, quality, and productivity Submit development requests to meet business needs of team (i.e. report/document updates needed) Promote camaraderie/community/communication Hold regular team meetings Inform team of any/all updates and ensure appropriate implementation Demonstrate fair and consistent accountability Manage team schedules, department coverage/PTO requests, timekeeping policy adherence Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals Keep immediate superiors fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken Helps onboard and train new employees Lead by exemplary example Any/All other duties assigned
