EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experience. Two to three years of guest relations experience, and supervisory experience required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to effectively perform independently. Must possess excellent communication and organization skills. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in the use of PC and the ability to adapt to specific gaming systems. Requires the ability to type fifty (50) words per minute. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, printers, telephone systems, calculators and copy machines.
