THE JOB:
Come to MGMSpringfield and join the slot tech team as a Slot Technical Manager,where you’ll have a dynamic opportunity to lead the Slot TechnicalDepartment, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to policies andindustry standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences throughmaintaining and optimizing slot machine performance.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Slot Technical Department.
Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of slotequipment. Remain up to date on all advances in technology, associateswith vendors, servicemen, etc. Maintain records of all machines on thecasino floor, including par sheets, excess fills, machine moves etc.
Oversee staff training for new machine types. Schedule all aspects ofmachine moves and/or conversions. Participate in all equipment moves.
Respond to special requests, by the VP Slot Operations. Orders andmaintains inventory parts. Generates paperwork and oversees invoicepayments for leased machines, parts, etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has 2+years of prior relevant experience in slots maintenance Has bachelor’sdegree
