MGM Springfield is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to join ourteam!
THE STARTING RATE
$29.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Manageperformance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customerwith a high degree of proficiency and that superior customer service isprovided to guests Monitor guest flow and notify management whenadjustments to open table games are needed Observe, evaluate, and rateplayers objectively and accurately in accordance with departmentalpolicy Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing oranticipated play Reconcile table accounting accurately and withintegrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment Verify theaccuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered toNotify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager immediately of any unusualactivity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment issuspected
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has a high school diploma, GED orequivalent Has 2 + years of prior relevant experience in casinooperations, or according to property requirement, or an equivalentcombination of education, training and experience Can work variedshifts, to include weekends and holidays
