“One of Gulfport’s top 20 restaurants!” We are seeking an experienced, guest service oriented
SUPERVISOR
to join our TEAM for the Swing shift! The supervisor in C&G’s is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow, while also adhering to gaming regulations and casino-specific policies. Their duties include staff supervision, guest relations, and operational management, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure courteous, excellent, effective, expedient and accurate guest service for each guest that visits the ala cart restaurant. responsible for maintaining proper day to day operations/conditions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Restaurant & Hospitality Management degree is highly preferred. Three years of guest service experience including prior supervisory experience is required. Must have a valid Driver’s License or State issued ID. Serv safe certification and care class certified preferred.
