The Role :
As a Player Service Supervisor you are responsible for the activities of the Cage & Credit department as subject to established company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Tracks and investigates all overages and shortage Approves credit limits and over limit extensions within guidelines established by check cashing procedures. Ensures all department employees are following proper policy and procedures as stipulated by the company and by the department. Maintains accurate accountability for all funds assigned. Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
