What will you do?
Supervise live poker games and tournaments, ensuring game integrity, security, and compliance with New Hampshire Lottery regulations and internal policies Manage poker room operations, including dealer scheduling, training, performance, and accurate accounting and game logs Oversee poker fills, credits, player tracking, and tournament logistics such as structure setup, registration, payouts, and promotional events Communicate effectively with the Poker Shift Manager on player issues, comps, team member concerns, and surveillance matters Promote responsible gaming, greet guests, and encourage Lucky North Club membership enrollment More about you
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of full-time casino experience as a Poker Dealer, Dual Rate, or Poker Supervisor Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license Proficient in poker operations, including rake, payouts, tournament calculations, and use of poker room software and reporting tools Skilled in assessing table situations, applying logical solutions, and knowledgeable in employment laws and live poker or tournament procedures Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
