What will you do?
Supervise the operation, conduct, and security of various table games, ensuring compliance with NH Lottery Commission regulations and company policies Oversee player tracking, table accounting, and conduct game promotions, including timely payouts and tax form processing Maintain Serve Safe Alcohol certification and prevent under-the-influence guests from playing Deliver exceptional customer service, greet players, up-sell Lucky North Club memberships, and communicate effectively with Shift Manager regarding game operations and guest concerns Manage a section of the gaming floor and dealers, including training, assigning work areas, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment More about you
Minimum 21 years of age
Minimum of 2 years of full-time casino experience Must have six months of experience in Table Games
Must be able to obtain and maintain a NH Lottery gaming license Basic computer and math skills required Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shift
Ability to periodically lift up to 50 pounds
