Job DescriptionThe Pitboss (iGaming Floor Supervisor) plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our gaming facility. This position demands unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Strictly adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.

Provide essential support to the Site Manager in executing daily operational tasks.

Oversee and manage studio operations during assigned shifts with utmost diligence.

Monitor and swiftly address any technical disruptions in the studio, ensuring immediate resolution in accordance with company protocols and gaming regulations.

Ensure the studio’s operations compliance with policies and procedures and implementing new policies and procedures as directed by management.

Supervise and strictly ensure that Game Presenter and, Shufflers are following company’s policies and procedure.

Ensure to correct any Game Presenters and/or Shufflers mistakes in timely manner in compliance with the company’s policy and procedures.

Demonstrate comprehensive mastery of all company-offered games, including the ability to assist with game presenting and shuffling, as needed.

Assume leadership in communication and conflict resolution within the scope of the position, addressing inquiries from licensees and players with professionalism and in accordance with company procedures.

Maintain an exemplary level of professionalism to foster an orderly and positive work environment.

Serve as a steadfast representative of company management, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and diplomacy.

Proactively identify and propose operational improvements, using feedback from operations staff, players, and licensees.

Document all gaming operational incidents to their direct manager following the company’s policies and procedures.

Provide thorough and timely reports to management regarding internal incidents.

Immediately escalate any significant or special incidents requiring management attention.

Collaborate closely with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance, ensuring optimal functionality for new and existing online gaming operations.

Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management with the utmost diligence and professionalism.

QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to complete in-person training Monday- Friday 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (2 weeks).High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one (1) year of supervisory and/or management related experience.

At least one (1) year of experience working in Excel; navigating spreadsheets, manipulating data, and creating reports.

Basic computer skills- MS Office, Outlook, etc.

Excellent attendance and punctualityGood cooperation skills and be able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations.

Maintain professional and clear communication with employees.

Ability to coach and explain the company’s policies and procedures.

Be able to give constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.

Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.

High accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Be able to operate Office equipment (printers, copiers, phones, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to obtain a PA Casino Employee Registration licenseMust be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.
