We are looking for an AccountSupervisor, Influencer Partnerships

  • Gaming to join our expandingPartnerships team. The Partnerships team is responsible forcreating and managing innovative and strategic influencer andearned partner campaigns from start to finish for ourentertainment, gaming, and consumer brand clients. The AccountSupervisor, Influencer Partnerships
  • Gaming will oversee a team ofManagers and Sr. Managers and will lead that team to plan andimplement out-of-the-box, multicultural influencer activations. TheAccount Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships
  • Gaming will haveextensive knowledge in the ever-evolving creator landscape,including best practices across established and emerging socialplatforms, as well as existing relationships with creators,agencies, and managers.

Your Impact Lead a team of managers andsenior managers working on various influencer and earned campaignsProvide quality assurance on all phases of the campaign, frominfluencer/partner selection to content creation to comprehensivewrap report that includes insights and analysis Build meaningfulrelationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them tounderstand and identify their business issues, strategies,initiatives, priorities, and expectations Support agencystrategists and Influencer Directors as needed on RFPs, pitches,and concept ideation. Bring a strong expertise of the CreatorEconomy and its expanding opportunities. Inform your campaigns withlatest best practices for social to drive impact and innovationYour Experience 4 years of experience working on influencer/creatorcampaigns within the entertainment and gaming industry A robustknowledge of the Video Game industry, gaming creatorlandscape/community, and streaming platforms Knowledge ofinfluencer pricing tiers with experience in contracting andnegotiating rates and deliverables. Earned partnerships experienceis a plus (press, fandom, etc.). Experience managing a teamDemonstrated expertise leveraging existing and emerging socialmedia platforms to deliver successful influencer campaigns withmeasurable results Ability to collaborate and work as part of ateam Proven leader that knows how to inspire a team and problemsolve when necessary Reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-orientedwith a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesin a very fast-paced environment Excellent communication (writtenand verbal) and interpersonal skills Your Availability M-F; 9am-6pmPST, CST, or EST Occasional weekends and holidays $80,000

  • $105,000 a year The salary range for this role is $80,000
  • 105,000and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position,subject matter expertise and is location specific.
