$29K – $32.5K a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Food handling Sales English High school diploma or GED Guest services Hotel experience Entry level Full Job Description Scope of Position The Elite Lounge Attendant is responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all Elite Bonvoy members and their guests according to company standards. The Attendant will also provide information to Bonvoy members and assist guests while they visit the lounge. He/she will promote a luxury environment and enhance the guests’ experience. Position Requirements Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment. Previous food and beverage experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus. Excellent organizational and interpersonal and skills. Possess outstanding guest services skills. Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and raised by guests and members. Must be able to work 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30A to 4:30P. Responsibilities Greet Elite Bonvoy Members in a professional and personalized manner. Establish a positive relationship with repeat Bonvoy guests. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools. Offer drinks and snacks to members. Ensure work area is clean and everything is in working order. Communicate special requests to the Management office. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly, ensuring no shortages throughout the shift. Promote resort amenities to maximize revenue and drive sales. Extreme knowledge of resort, services, amenities, and hours of operations. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, Maintain confidentiality of resort information and protect company assets. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management. Education High school diploma or GED. Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus. Ability to work holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks. Knowledge of basic food handling policies and procedures as well as presenting food products for consumption, including storage/handling techniques, proper chemical handling, and sanitation standards. Physical Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds. Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
