Job Description Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for the Players’ Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests’ needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests. Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions. Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events. Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships through various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence. Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card. Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED. One to two years experience in customer service. Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible in work schedule. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
