Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Casino Ambassador to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, promoting player loyalty, and serving as a key representative of our casino’s commitment to outstanding service.
Circulate throughout the casino floor to proactively assist guests with questions, concerns, and requestsDrive membership growth for the Players’ Club through direct engagement and recruitmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with guests through various communication channels including direct mail, phone calls, and written correspondenceEducate guests about Players’ Club benefits, point systems, and promotional eventsProcess player rewards and explain prize redemption proceduresCollaborate with Casino and Slot Hosts to support player development initiativesMonitor gaming floor activities to ensure guest satisfactionMaintain accurate records of player interactions and follow-up activitiesParticipate in special events and promotional activitiesQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED required1-2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality or gaming environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer serviceProficiency in computer applications including:
